Purple Circle Membership

The Purple Circle: where inclusion moves from intention to action.

The Purple Circle Membership is a year-long partnership designed to turn good intentions into actions with confident, practical progress. It is designed for individuals and organisations ready to make inclusion part of everyday success.

Why The Purple Circle Exists

Most training programmes deliver inspiration and then disappear. But we know that real change and growth takes time. We also know that it is easier with support that grows with you.

The Purple Circle Membership gives you structured access to our world class expertise throughout the year, so inclusion and personal development are not one-off events or a tickbox exercise, they are ongoing practices.

Whether you’re developing your own confidence and leadership skills or embedding inclusion across an organisation, your membership keeps progress moving, one step at a time.

Start With Your Blueprint Session

Every member begins with a 90-minute Blueprint Session — a focused coaching and strategy conversation that maps your goals, priorities, and the best ways to use your time. From there, your year is shaped entirely around your outcomes.

How your membership works

Your Purple Circle membership gives you a year of dedicated expertise, tailored entirely around what will make the biggest difference to you or your organisation.

Every member begins with a 90-minute Blueprint Session, which is an intensive coaching and strategy conversation that shapes your personal membership plan. You’ll walk away with a clear focus, measurable goals, and a roadmap for how your membership hours will create real, lasting results.

From there, you’ll then have 24 hours per year of dedicated time with us, to use in the ways that best support your priorities. Some members prefer regular sessions, whilst others use their time in focused blocks for specific projects or events. The choice is completely yours.

What your membership includes

  • A personalised Blueprint and annual plan tailored to your goals
  • 24 hours of expert consultancy, coaching, or training (2 hours/month average)
  • Ongoing review sessions to track progress and adapt your plan
  • Access to Purple Advantage resources, frameworks, and training materials
  • Priority booking for workshops, events, and consultancy slots
  • Accreditation as a Purple Advantage Assured Organisation (for organisational members)

Your membership is designed to evolve with you. As your goals shift, we adapt your plan to make sure your time delivers the most meaningful impact; whether that’s developing confident inclusive leadership, shaping strategy, or embedding long-term cultural change.

How Members Use Their Time

No two memberships look the same. Every hour is shaped around what will have the greatest impact — whether that’s building confidence, improving systems, or driving cultural change.

Here are some of the ways members use their time throughout the year:

Training & Awareness

Tailored, practical workshops designed to build real understanding and confidence, not just tick boxes.

Popular examples include Disability Essentials and Disability Disclosure in Action, both designed to help teams translate inclusion into daily practice.

Consultancy & Strategy

Expert guidance to embed inclusion into policies, recruitment, communications, and workplace culture.

Members often use their time for reviewing internal processes, shaping accessibility plans, or developing measurable inclusion goals.

Coaching & Development

One-to-one or small group coaching that helps individuals build confidence, resilience, and inclusive leadership skills.

Members can use time for focused personal growth, with access to both Fran and Chris, depending on the goal.

Speaking & Engagement

Many members use time for keynotes, awareness sessions, or panels that share the benefits of inclusion more widely, helping others see what’s possible when inclusion becomes part of how business is done.

Both Chris and Fran are extremely experienced public speakers

Impact Review & Progress Tracking

The Purple Circle Membership isn’t about one-off wins. Instead, we focus on steady, visible change.

We work with you to review outcomes, capture impact, and refine your plan so you can see exactly what difference your investment is making.

Make an impact

Coaching With A Cause

We believe that good business and creating an advantage for everyone should always go together.

That’s why, for every new Purple Circle member, we create up to 10 coaching sessions at just £1 each, specifically for disabled people who often face barriers to accessing specialist support. These sessions are delivered under our Coaching with a Cause initiative, with the same quality and attention we bring to everything we do.

Choose the membership that fits you

Every Purple Circle member shares one goal: turning inclusion into confident action. How you do that depends on your focus. Pick the path that best matches your priorities.

FAQs

If you pay monthly or quarterly, your membership hours are released gradually across the year, so if you cancel early, any unused time ends with your membership. This keeps things fair for all members and ensures our time together stays focused and fully supported while you’re in the Circle.
