Coaching With a Cause

Coaching that supports your growth and someone else’s. Every full-price coaching session creates a £1 coaching session for a disabled person.

Progress for you. Power for someone else.

At Purple Advantage, we believe coaching should unlock possibility—not just for those who can afford it, but for anyone with the ambition to grow.

Coaching With a Cause is our way of pairing your personal or professional growth with someone else’s—specifically, disabled individuals who face extra barriers to development, confidence, and career access.

How It Works

For every full-price coaching session someone books, we offer one hour of coaching to a disabled person for just £1.

Your progress helps fund real, practical support for someone who’s often been excluded from these opportunities—not out of lack of talent or drive, but because of structural and social barriers.

Why It Matters

Many disabled people are shut out of professional development—not because they lack potential, but because the system doesn’t expect them to have any. Coaching can be a game-changer: a space to build skills, reframe possibilities, and move forward with confidence.

With Coaching With a Cause you’re not donating. You’re investing—in yourself and in a more inclusive future.

Who Delivers The Coaching?

All sessions—whether full price or subsidised—are led by Dr Chris Whitaker, a trained coach with years of experience in disability, inclusion, and leadership development. Every client receives the same high-quality, empowering support.
