Coaching With Chris Whitaker

Our coaching gives you the space to reflect, talk things through, and work out what needs to happen next. All in a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can focus on what matters to you.

Why Coaching?

Coaching provides you with the time and space to think clearly, without someone trying to fix you or tell you what to do. It’s a chance to take a step back, notice what’s really going on, and figure out what comes next.

It’s useful if you want to change something – in how you work, lead, or think – and you want time to explore that properly. Not just talk about it but take action, too.

Who is Our Coaching For?

Chris has particular expertise in all matters related to disability and inclusive leadership, having held disability focussed roles for over 10 years. He has worked with a range of people to up skill them, increasing their understanding and disability allyship, and navigating this journey alongside them.

Working with other disabled people is also a specialism, using his particular mix of professional knowledge and his own lived experience of disability to help bring about development and growth.

What Coaching With Chris Looks Like

Chris has used coaching for many years with a range of professionals, from those earlier in their careers to senior leaders. He has particular experience working with individuals from the public and third (charity) sectors.

Each coaching relationship Chris develops is shaped with the coachee in mind, focusing on being attentive to their own goals. He draws from a range of coaching approaches to ensure that he can respond to where each person is, and can use the time to meet their needs.
